It sits in a former industrial area of the historic centre of <strong>Seville<\/strong> \u2014wooden beams, metal columns, high ceilings\u2014 that has been home to artisan workshops and creative studios for decades. It is no coincidence that we chose this setting: the physical space has character because the work done inside it does too.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With 150 m\u00b2 of open-plan space and room for 21 professionals, it is a place to work with focus without giving up the chance that something interesting happens around you. Resident coworkers have 24-hour access 365 days a year. General opening hours are 9 am to 9 pm.
