Pasaje Mallol is the main coworking space of Thinking Company and the heart of its community. It sits in a former industrial area of the historic centre of Seville —wooden beams, metal columns, high ceilings— that has been home to artisan workshops and creative studios for decades. It is no coincidence that we chose this setting: the physical space has character because the work done inside it does too.
With 150 m² of open-plan space and room for 21 professionals, it is a place to work with focus without giving up the chance that something interesting happens around you. Resident coworkers have 24-hour access 365 days a year. General opening hours are 9 am to 9 pm. The space has its own meeting room.

- Desks can be shared on a NON-simultaneous schedule by adding 50% to the standard desk rate.

Pasaje Mallol is a coworking space in the centre of Seville designed for professionals who need focus and, at the same time, a community to share with. The premises occupy a renovated former industrial warehouse: 150 m² open-plan floor, high ceilings, wooden beams and iron columns, with natural light and acoustic panels at every desk.
You can rent a coworking desk by the day, week or month, with a standard desk (120 × 70 cm) or a large desk (150 × 80 cm), and add a monitor if you need one. All desks include 600 Mb fibre over Wi-Fi and Ethernet, climate control, kitchen and coffee, printer, bike parking, alarm system and a postal address. The meeting room in the space is free for residents for the first 12 hours per month.
If you are looking for a smaller, quieter space, Coworking La Imprenta is a ten-minute walk away and residents have access to both spaces. We also offer meeting room rental by the hour and a virtual office with a registered address in the centre of Seville.

Can I come for just one day?
Yes. You can book a desk by the day with no commitment. If it is your first time, ask for a free day pass and come and try the space.

How does cancellation work?
We refund 100% if you cancel 30 days before the booking date and 50% if you cancel between 30 and 7 days before. No refund for cancellations with less than 7 days notice.
Can I also use La Imprenta?
Yes. Thinking Company resident coworkers have access to both spaces, Pasaje Mallol and La Imprenta, a ten-minute walk from each other.
Is there a meeting room?
Yes, Pasaje Mallol has its own meeting room with whiteboard, included in the price for residents for the first 12 hours per month. It can also be rented by the hour without being a coworker.
